Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives to prevent homelessness and manage housing allocations effectively.
- Oversee the implementation of housing benefit services and support the development of affordable housing solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure operational compliance, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to health & safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership abilities with a customer-centric approach and a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience in housing management and benefit services preferred.
- Proficiency in IT systems, budgetary oversight, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture stakeholder relationships.
