Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Specialism or experience in SEN is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
