- Create a digital first customer acquisition strategy.
- Develop and manage an existing CRM programme to maximise the value of the existing database.
- Responsible for all branding, including new product lines and services.
- Manage and grow an existing marketing team, to transform the structure from a marketing support function to driving all commercial activities of the business.
- Responsible for developing a content and social strategy to align with the customer acquisition strategy.
- Ownership of comprehensive reporting including all relevant key performance indicators across the business.
- Fully responsible for all budget allocation in marketing and presenting commercial results.
- The successful candidate will have gained leadership experience in a consumer services environment.
- Strong experience leading digital communications teams.
- Experience managing a marketing function aligned to growth targets.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced B2C environment where communication strategy is customer first.
- This is a role for someone willing to 'get stuck in' and work amongst the digital function of what is a very successful consumer business.
- Strong communicator, not afraid to push back, liaise with various stakeholders and report to the board on a regular basis.
- A team player able to coach, mentor and lead a marketing team to drive growth and generate results.
