Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a leading energy provider in the UK, in their search for a Corporate Services Administrator!

This role requires a someone who has critical thinking, curiosity, and an ambition to develop a broad commercial skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all customer interactions are tracked and documented by capturing updates provided from the Energy Trader and Key Account Management functions.
  • Support management of the Departmental diary.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on the management and reporting of customer on-boarding and in-contract management activities.
  • The collation, recording, and modelling, of energy and energy related data.

You must have a proven experience within a administrative role, with a track record of achieving targets. Must have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
