Conveyancer

I am delighted to be working with a well-established law firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team on a permanent basis at their Blackburn office.On offer for this role is a salary ranging from £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience level working in a close-knit team. Working hours are 8.45am-5.15pm with some potential flexibility on this for the right candidate.In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload residential conveyancing matters through to completion. Dealing with clients and customers regularly, so excellent communications skills is essential as well as a high level of administrative skill.The successful candidate must have at least 3 years current experience working in a conveyancing department as a fee earner, experience in handling a caseload of Sale and Purchase in leasehold and freehold matters is highly desirable however some training is on offer for the right candidate.If you would like to apply for this role or discuss further, please contact Tracy Carlisle on or email
