Duties will include: · Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence · Effectively prioritising and managing your own claims portfolio (to final settlement if experienced · Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers · Identifying and referring fraudulent activity · Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies · Liaising with different departments to establish liability · Handling complex files such as liability and high value cases We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:· Previous experience in a similar Claims Handler role with handling 3rd party claims · Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this · Excellent attention to detail · Strong customer care skills with active listening skills · General Excel skills What will you get in return for your work as a Third Party Claims Handler??· A salary of £24,000 to £27,000, depending on experience · 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising over time to 28 days plus bank holidays · Your birthday as an extra day's holiday along with a half day for seasonal shopping · The ability to sell holidays · Healthcare cashback plan · A 35 hour working week (with scope to work a 40 hour week for a higher salary) · Free parking · Pension scheme · Discounted sports and social activities · Support for industry-relevant qualifications · Casual dress code, free allocation of branded clothing · Breakfast provided · Cycle to work scheme · A cash bonus for going above and beyond
