As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll thrive with a background in a successful recruitment role, demonstrating teamwork, ambition, and a results-oriented mindset. Meeting deadlines and exceeding KPIs will be second nature to you, ensuring your success in this dynamic role. Full UK driving license desirable.
What will you be doing:路 Managing and developing a busy temporary and permanent multi-sector client base across the North West and wider UK路 Carrying out sales activity including cold and warm calling, attending client meetings, and networking events路 Building client relationships in order to understand their recruitment needs路 Hunting for and winning new business路 Matching client vacancies and ensuring a perfect match for both client and candidate路 Interviewing and helping people find their ideal job路 Achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPIs to keep you on track路 Working with the assistance of our in-house systems including the latest video technology
