If you are an eager, passionate, hungry chef that wants to create outside the box this role is for you. This is a kitchen that prides itself on using the best local ingredients available for the healthy options in mind with more choices leaning towards vegetarian/vegan dishes. This is a very busy restaurant based in Edinburgh and a chef that has worked in this kind of operation previously would be most advantageous.

Role/Responsibilities for General Manager:
- Consistent and continuous delivery of great offer and first-class customer service.
- Business development.
- HR responsibilities including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Daily Stock Control and full weekly audit.
- Daily and weekly reconciliation of sales/ end of week/ payroll - full P+L accountability
- Achieving all KPI targets for your business through effective controls and management.
Skills/Experience:
- Possess a passion and knowledge for food and drink.
- Front of House experience
- Be commercially savvy.
- Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
- Must have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Have excellent personal presentation and be always consummately professional.
