REED Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Full Time, HYBRID Accounts Assistant to work with a Property Development Company. This role is offered on a TEMP (Long term basis) with a potential to go Perm. Full Training will be provided in the first 2 weeks,
Ideally you should be Excel proficient, with a good advanced level of skills and some previous finance background. Property management related background is preferred but not essential.

Accounts Assistant
Temp role – Full Time - 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
(Temp – Paid Weekly and accrue holiday hours)
£12.50 - £14.00 per hour
We envisage the role(s) to involve some or all of the following tasks:
- Bank Reconciliations using in-house accounts system (Qube) & Microsoft Excel
- Weekly Direct Debit mandate/AUDDIS Checks, and preparation & dispatch of notification letters
- Thrice weekly processing & banking of client cheques received, and liaison regarding rejected cheques
- Posting inbound BACS payments to in-house accounts system
- Preparation of manual transfers & ad-hoc email queries/accounts investigations
This TEMP opportunity is via REED and will include weekly pay, holiday accrual and REED Discount benefit scheme offers
