Contracts Manager - Bournemouth - up to £45,000Are you a highly motivated Contract Manager with a strong background in client relations? If so, we have an exceptional opportunity waiting for you!About the company:Our client is a growing, forward-thinking, locally based company with offices in a beautiful historic building and an open plan working environment. It is an excellent time to join them as they embark on major growth and have gained successful contracts within the manufacturing sector. What you'll be doing:You will be responsible for managing a specific client contract for government sites, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and building strong client relations. Duties also include conducting weekly meetings with clients and other contract managers, monitoring KPIs, finalizing job sheets, and managing invoicing on a weekly basis. In addition, the Contract Manager will oversee a planning assistant's performance and workload, manage pre-planned maintenance (PPM), act as a point of escalation for problems and discrepancies, and attend management meetings within the business. The role also involves serving as the point of contact for the IT system for any issues the engineers may encounter, as well as demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in using Microsoft systems, particularly Excel.
