Quantity Surveyor to join leading residential developer in the Bournemouth area. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from a residential background and have a proven track record in delivering the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats and apartments. The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside contracts managers and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects. Responsible for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures. The client are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to join their existing team
