We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client’s dynamic and fast-paced team based on the outskirts of Bracknell. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office per week.
About the RoleAs the lynchpin of the business, this vital role will see you at the heart of operations, ensuring all client contracts are processed accurately and efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, so excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - are essential.
Responsibilities-
Process and manage client contracts and related documentation

Liaise with clients via telephone and email to chase missing information

Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are kept up to date

Support the wider sales and operations teams with administrative tasks

Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Assist in improving administrative processes where needed

Proven experience in a similar Sales Administration role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working with contracts or within a sales environment is desirable
