Reed are currently looking for a proactive and professional Office Assistant to support a Consulting team within a fun, innovative industry. This role is highly varied and involves facilitating smooth communication and execution of projects, managing company correspondence, and ensuring the office operates efficiently. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent administrative support and have a keen interest in board games, card games, and role-playing games.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
  • Organise meetings, scheduling appointments, prepare meeting spaces, and oversee catering during client visits.
  • Perform data entry to keep client records and company databases up to date.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assisting the Events team with the creation of travel itineraries and meeting dossiers ahead of business trips.
  • Carrying out additional duties as required to support the team and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A polite, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • IT skills, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Preferably educated to A-level standard or higher, with a high standard of written English.
  • Experience working in an office environment is desirable.
  • Experience working with offices and colleagues in different time zones is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for board games, card games, and role-playing games are desirable.
