Location: The Blade, Reading, RG1 3BE - The role will involve travel to nationwoide sites so a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Working Hours: 8.45am - 5.30pm (38.75 hours a week)

Holidays: 26 days per annum + Bank Holidays

About Us: We are a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. With a focus on professionalism and innovation, we manage a diverse portfolio of properties and are committed to creating positive experiences for our tenants. This position is based in Reading at the Blade but provides opportunities to travel across the U.K.

Position Overview: As a Property Management Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Property Managers to support various aspects of property operations. This hands-on role will give you valuable exposure to property management processes, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting property managers with administrative tasks

Be a point of contact for occupier queries

Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations

Responding to tenant enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Assisting with building insurance

Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements

Assist in preparing and issuing annual service charge budgets and reconciliations

Assisting with the letting process

Qualifications/Experience:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have autonomy in this role and will be making your own decisions

Eagerness to learn and grow within the business
