We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our prestigious clients in Bradford. Day to Day of the role:
- Process all claims proactively, efficiently, and in accordance with company policy.
- Keep consumers informed of the status of their contacts, ensuring clear communication and accurate recording of customer journeys.
- Respond to enquiries received through various channels, adhering to company policy and product terms and conditions.
- Escalate issues beyond the scope of the job description to the relevant manager immediately.
- Maintain a consistent focus on consumer experience and outcomes.
- Deal with queries from within the business and the wider group, providing a high level of service.
- Capture contact data accurately for future insight and seamless customer journeys.
- Display role model behaviours within the workplace and during work-related activities.
- Adhere to all regulatory and business processes, such as FCA regulations and GDPR requirements.
- Keep all assigned property in good working order and report any faults promptly.
- Engage in department activities to drive future improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
