Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in West Yorkshire to recruit a Factory Manager.
The Factory manager will be responsible for the overall development, performance and maintenance of the factory’s activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, production, quality, service
Duties of the Factory Manager will include:
- Responsible for overall site health and safety
- Manage and analyse production schedules
- Project management, including new production line set up
- Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
- Develop plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve targets
We are looking for Factory Managers with the following skills and experience:
- Degree Qualified
- Understanding of factory environments, manufacturing and business process
- Leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team with proven ability to coach and develop others
