We are working with a wonderful charity in Bradford who are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their busy team, initially on a 4-month FTC. Playing a critical role within the team, the Senior Administrator with support all departments with all administrative based tasks.

This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet the requirements of the business. The key responsibilities will include;

  • Support the Marketing, Programme and Development teams with all administration needs
  • Client liaison
  • Dealing with all domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings
  • Provide support for departmental team meetings
  • Deal with incoming calls, post and email correspondence
  • Book meeting rooms and provide hospitality as required
  • Arrange parking permits for visitors

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team, where the successful Senior Administrator will "hit the ground running" in a varied support-based role. Working in this fully office-based role, the successful candidate will have;

  • Extensive experience of working at a senior administration level
  • Ability to manage own time effectively
  • Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Efficient organisation skills, with a very high degree of accuracy and an ability to prioritise an often conflicting workload in a busy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a time sensitive environment
  • An articulate, sensitive, and friendly communicator
  • A team player - willing to provide cover and support as necessary and actively contribute to the team
  • Computer literate with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be a confident user of digital technology with the ability to learn new systems quickly and with limited training.
