Chef Manager

Due to company wide expansion, we are seeking an experienced Head Chef looking to make the step up or an established Chef Manager who is looking for their next challenge. PERMANENT POSITION

Hours: Predominantly Wednesday to Sunday (40 hours per week)

Job duties include:

• Food preparation and cooking
• Full autonomy over the menu
• Opportunities for professional development
• Must have great kitchen skills and be able to produce quality food in high volumes to high standards, catering up to 150 meals daily.
• You will be working with fresh ingredients from the best Welsh suppliers to deliver fantastic quality meals.
• Ensuring food safety is adhered to
• Hospitality experience
• Working with app ordering systems
• Work to company KPIs' and systems & procedures,
• The ability to manage GP margins, costs, wastage, stock control and ordering,
• Working as part of a team and supervising a team of staff
• Flexibility
