Role Overview: As the Head Chef, you will be the creative force behind our culinary offerings. Your expertise will elevate our dining experiences, ensuring that every dish delights our guests. You’ll lead a skilled team, manage kitchen operations, and collaborate with other departments to maintain the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Menu Creation: Develop innovative menus that showcase seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Your flair for flavour combinations and presentation will set us apart.
  • Kitchen Leadership: Inspire and mentor our kitchen team. Foster a positive work environment, encourage creativity, and maintain discipline.
  • Quality Control: Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet our exacting standards.
  • Cost Management: Monitor food costs, inventory, and wastage. Strive for efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Health and Safety: Uphold hygiene and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to enhance guest experiences. Adapt to special requests and dietary requirements.
