What You Will Do:

  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero for client bookkeeping, including invoice entry, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare VAT returns for clients using accounting software.
  • Assist with setting up new clients on QuickBooks and Xero, training staff, and addressing queries.

What You Need:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in general practice.
  • Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in various digital accounting systems.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, methodical, and numerical skills.
