BookkeeperTaunton, SomersetSalary up to £26,000 + BenefitsCV Screen is recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join a successful and rapidly growing Accountancy Firm. You will join a forward-thinking accountancy firm who offer great support and the opportunity to develop on your career path.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining clients’ bookkeeping using accounting software.
- Inputting invoices and bank transactions.
- Completion of bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of VAT returns for clients using accounting software.
- Assistance with the setup of new clients.
- Training client staff members.
- Addressing queries on an ad-hoc basis.
Required Experience:
You will ideally have most of the following experience:
- Qualified bookkeeper or qualified accounting technician.
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in general practice.
- Working knowledge of accountancy software’s such as QuickBooks and Xero.
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
- Effective time and task management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £26,000 annual salary
