We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join my clients team at Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station on a long term freelance basis.

As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

What the ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
  • A UK driving license
  • SC clearance (or eligibility to be SC cleared)
  • Ability to show previous experience gained in a similar role
