Mactech is looking to recruit an HR Advisor / HR Supervisor to join a team working on the pre-fabrication, installation and erection of piping systems on the mechanical scope at Hinkley Point C Nuclear New Build.

The HR Advisor / HR Supervisor will be responsible for managing HR policies and procedures for the project along with providing the necessary support and cover for the HR Manager.

The key responsibilities to include:
Prepare and manage HR policies and procedures.
Advertise, arrange and conduct interviews, and provide candidate feedback.
Collate and submit payroll data, and record onto the HR system.
Manage time and attendance, including annual leave and sickness reporting.
Report on employment and termination data.
Organise and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Manage and update HR software system.

Requirements for the role:
Minimum of 5 years experience working in HR and ER role.
HNC or relevant experience.
Experience of Hinkley Point C Project.
Experience of ECSA and SSA agreements.
CCNSG Safety Passport.
Local to site.

Role will be site-based, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, 42.5 hours per week.

Immediate start available, subject to vetting and onboarding.
