Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! We're on the lookout for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join this warm friendly primary school in Hove If you're committed to supporting and nurturing students with special educational needs in KS2, then this role is perfect for you! 

 
The Role 

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs in the KS2 classroom. 
  • Assist the class teacher in implementing personalized learning plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students. 
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported. 
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to implement strategies for student success. 
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to support. 

 
Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications or experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a primary school setting. 
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN and helping them achieve their full potential. 
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of SEN students. 
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment for all students.
