  • Overseeing Health & Safety and security across commercial sites
  • Managing leases, business continuity, and facilities operations
  • Driving environmental sustainability initiatives
  • Leading on facilities projects, contractor management and procurement
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver strategic objectives
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in building services and asset management
  • Experience leading large-scale facilities projects
  • Strong contractor and budget management skills
  • A flexible, proactive communicator who thrives on problem-solving
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel between sites)
