Roles/Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the region.
• Installer Network Management: Leverage and expand your network of relevant installers to drive sales.
• Product Expertise: Provide technical knowledge and support for underfloor heating, screed flooring, and air source heat pumps.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Regional Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the Southwest/South Wales market to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction sales, with a focus on technical products.
• Strong Network: Existing network of relevant installers.
• Business Acumen: Proven track record as a New Business Winner.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate.
• Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the Southwest/South Wales area. 
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within the designated region.
