We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning insurance company. Due to significant growth. We are currently looking for experienced, customer service executives who have ideally worked specifically within insurance or at least within financial services. Our client have customers all over the world, and this role would be supporting the French team, and French speaking candidates would be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
路Answer phone calls and respond to customer service and claims enquiries within target timescales and make outgoing calls/correspond in writing, as necessary.
路Utilise database to accurately interpret and communicate data.
路Investigate claims thoroughly to obtain pertinent facts about losses and record claims data information accurately in the database.
路Gather all necessary documents to verify losses.
路Notify insurers of all claims received.
路Arrange for timely repair or replacement of equipment with an approved supplier.
路Arrange for claims payment and investigate potential subrogation and salvage.
路Comply with recommendations made by insurer, and/or internal auditors.
路Resolve customer complaints within target and FCA guidelines, ensuring that we treat customers fairly.
路Maintain weekly and/or monthly productivity and work completed reports as directed.
路Support the wider team through demonstrating our values in work and behaviour and working with the business to achieve goals.
