We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join a dedicated team in Portbury.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing world-class service and enjoy building relationships with business customers. The position is office-based, with a requirement for excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
Day to Day of the Role:- Receiving and making calls to support a group of business customers.
- Managing email correspondence with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Keeping accurate records on the SAP database system.
- Collaborating with various departments such as stock control, transport, and planning.
- Advocating for customer needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
- Resolving customer issues and queries promptly, keeping all parties informed.
- Negotiating solutions when the first choice option is not available, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships with a dedicated group of customers.
- Proficiency in using database systems
- Creative problem-solving skills to manage and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience in liaising with multiple departments to coordinate customer service efforts.
