Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join our clientsteam. As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and customers. Your primary goal will be to drive sales by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products and services.
Duties
- To manage and develop a sales area, provide product specification, customer services and after-sales service.
- Co-ordinate with and work closely with relevant external sales engineers.
- Offer customers advice on our products.
- Carry out contractual review and preparation of formal quotations against customer requirements
- Follow-up customer enquiries.
- Managing the sales turnover and increase the turnover in a specified area.
- Provide support and cover to other Sales Engineers and for all aspects of Customer services, e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc. as and when required.
- Undertake training and personal development in order to maximise effectiveness in post.
- To keep the CRM system updated at all times.
- To understand and demonstrate the importance of being a good team player.
