Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced M&A Deal Origination Advisor to join our dynamic team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential merger and acquisition opportunities within the freight and logistics industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential merger and acquisition opportunities within the freight and logistics sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including business owners, executives, and industry professionals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on potential acquisition targets and strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the M&A team to develop and execute deal origination strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in deal origination, business development, or a related field within the logistics, transportation, or M&A sector.
• Strong understanding of the freight and logistics industry, including key market players, industry dynamics, and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.
