Key Responsibilities:

Leasing and letting of property.
Rent reviews and lease renewals.
Acquisitions and onboarding of new properties.
Liaising with facilities management team.
Day-to-day asset management

Experience required:

Good level of experience working in a similar asset management / property management role.
Knowledge of compliance and CDM regulations.
Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Good technical knowledge and understanding of rural infrastructure.
Clean driving licence as driving to client properties will be required.
