  Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing and letting of property.
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Acquisitions and onboarding of new properties.
  • Liaising with facilities management team.
  • Day-to-day asset management
  Experience required:
  • Good level of experience working in a similar asset management / property management role.
  • Knowledge of compliance and CDM regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of rural infrastructure.
  • Clean driving licence as driving to client properties will be required.
