Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise restaurant staff during service, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the training and development of new employees.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
- Either an accomplished restaurant manager or supervisor looking for progression.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends.
