Restaurant Manager

We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for our Marco Pierre White Bardolino Restaurant, located within the award winning Health Club at Doubletree By Hilton Cadbury House. Bardolino is a casual dining offer with its heritage in The Lakes of Northern Italy – Marco’s mother’s birthplace.

We are looking for a candidate to take on the role of Restaurant Manager with the following qualities;

You should have at least 4 years-experience as either a Restaurant Manager or Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality led restaurant operation. This role may be suitable for a first appointment Restaurant Manager depending on drive and attitude along with the experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in branded restaurants.

You will be passionate about food & beverage and providing exceptional standards of service and guest care.

You must have an outgoing personality with a flair for the Restaurant business.

You must demonstrate your ability in delivering against targets and managing a team of supervisors and waiting staff.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all team development

The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead a team
