What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children in KS1, EYFS, or similar educational/childcare settings

A calm, consistent, and positive approach to classroom support
-
Confidence in delivering phonics, reading, and small-group interventions
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative
-
Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the class teacher with daily routines and lesson delivery

Helping to deliver reading, phonics, and numeracy interventions

Encouraging learning through play, discussion, and interactive resources

Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Working flexibly, with both part-time and full-time options available
