Long - Term teachers are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will support students in various educational settings and ensure a conducive learning environment.

Duties:

• Supervise and manage classroom behaviour
• Support students with diverse needs, including those with autism and special education requirements.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Mentor students, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Educate and engage students through creative teaching methods.
• Communicate effectively with both students and teaching staff.
• Conduct tutoring sessions for students requiring additional academic support.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or young adults is preferred.
• Familiarity with special education practices and principles.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Prior experience in mentioning or tutoring roles is a plus.
• Experience teaching in the UK.
