Are you a dynamic Social Media Manager with a passion for crafting integrated brand communications and bringing them to life through social platforms? If you’re someone who always has their finger on the pulse of the latest TikTok trends and social channel updates, my client, a leading UK brand, wants you to take centre stage in shaping their social presence. Bromley (Flexible working with 3 days in-office)

Day to Day of the role:
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Communications Director to deliver a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, proposing and implementing innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Create high-quality, on-brand content in collaboration with design, photography, and videography teams.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of diverse content.
  • Execute organic social media campaigns, manage performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Work closely with in-house teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • Use data to provide actionable insights, build performance reports, and deliver against performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Holistic understanding of social media, including content creation, advertising, influencer management, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and management tools like Linktree and Hootsuite.
  • Experience in creating successful campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
