37 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
Service Coordinator required for a UK wide servicing company with a well-established history and reputation. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team with ongoing training and development.
Experience working in a service coordinator position would be ideal for this position, however candidates from any administrative or customer service background with proven organisational skills are encouraged to apply. You will be confident speaking over the phone and using Office software.
The successful Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the company by ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s service department, but ensuring reactive service calls are allocated to engineers, as well as managing planned maintenance activities.
You will be responsible for answering phone calls, replying to emails, answering queries, contacting customers, and updating the company’s service management system. This is a fast-paced role, however, offers variety where two days are never the same.
The Service Coordinator Role:
· Allocation and scheduling of reactive service calls based on urgency and customer priority
· Management of planned maintenance works
· Respond to customer queries
· Maintain contact with engineers to provide updates and help resolve any issues
· Drive further planned and reactive service works
· Monitor overtime requirements for engineers
· 100% remote working
The Service Coordinator Candidate:
· Coordinator experience or similar
· Strong administrative and organisation skills
· Customer service
· Comfortable working remotely
