We are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our team at Rebus Recruitment, we are looking for someone who has a can do attitude, excellent customer service and wants to develop their skills across a variety administration tasks.

We are a small but perfectly formed recruitment team who are fun and friendly and you will be valued and recognised for your input and support that you give the team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and dealing with queries appropriately
  • Supporting diary management and appointment making
  • Manage the Canva postings for the business, effectively using social media channels.
  • Updating CRM system with candidate details and checking for correct documentation
  • Manage the advertising of vacancies
  • Effectively manage the CRM, cleansing data and managing market changes
  • Filing, Scanning and general office administration.
  • Managing the office supplies, and the day to day running of the business
  • Support the team with adhoc administration and work to close deadlines

You will already have a few years experience in office administration within a small business and understand how to work as a team, sometimes to deadlines, and be confident on the telephone offering the best practice in customer service. It is important you have a solid understanding of Microsoft packages and Outlook and be able to work comfortably within the system. Ideally you will have some basic understanding of Canva and marketing although we can support you with this if you have a positive and 'can do' attitude.
