If so our client based in Bury St Edmunds are now looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team.As the Customer Care Coordinator you will be:

Dealing with incoming calls, post and emails
Resolving any problems that customers may have
Coordinating technicians to resolve any problems
Checking with customers that all problems have been rectified
Updating information onto the system

As the Customer Care Coordinator you will have:

Experience of delivering great customer service
Problem solving capabilities
Excellent prioritisation skills
Good computer skills
Great organisation skills
