If so our client based in Bury St Edmunds are now looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team.As the Customer Care Coordinator you will be:
  • Dealing with incoming calls, post and emails
  • Resolving any problems that customers may have
  • Coordinating technicians to resolve any problems
  • Checking with customers that all problems have been rectified
  • Updating information onto the system
As the Customer Care Coordinator you will have:
  • Experience of delivering great customer service
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Great organisation skills
