Time Appointments are delighted to be working with one of Suffolk鈥檚 leading road hauliers, a family-owned business, that are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Role Overview:路 Producing customers KPI鈥檚 and distribute them accordingly.路 Ensuring deliveries are being made to time. 路 Answering phones/emails.路 Handling customer claims, acting as a mediator between customer and pallet network.路 Ensure customer POD鈥檚 are gathered and on systems within 5 days of delivery.路 Inputting jobs onto various systems, also integration of certain customers CSV files.路 Booking in consignments.路 Monitoring daily discrep reports.
Skills & Experience:路 Previous customer service experience路 Office-based experience is desirable路 Good standard of education路 Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel and Word路 Good phone manner路 Ability to remain calm under pressure
