Are you from a Heavy Mechanical background? Do you want to play a pivotal role in company processes, whilst utilising your expertise to guide the development of engineers within your team?
This is the opportunity to manage and grow your own team of Service Engineers. You will receive training at every step of your career, which will unlock doors to further progress into senior management.
The company are a highly renowned, multi-million pound business who specialise in many niche sectors, such as agriculture, plant, construction and more.
You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and leading by example to ensure high standards of performance within your team.
This role would suit an Engineer from a Heavy Mechanical background, looking to manage and develop their department to consistently drive company success.
The Role -
