- Qualified Adults Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join an Intermediate Care team

- You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
- Salary 39,000 - 42,000 + expenses
To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
Must have 5 years post qualified experience
Must have Supervisor experience, be Practice Educator trained and have previous intermediate care or hospital experience.
