Our client are searching for a HR Admin/Assistant to join their well-established HR team, seeking a motivated and organised individual for a 6 month basis
This is onsite & full-time role. Mon - Thu 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break & Friday - 09:00 - 15:00 with a 30-minute lunch break
Some of the duties are but not limited to:
- Assist in marketing initiatives, particularly those involving employee well-being, training etc
- Accompany the HR Manager in selected meetings to take minutes.
- Assist with the transformation from paper-based personnel files to electronic files within our in-house management system.
- Create a library of template documents
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- General HR administration surrounding employee data, holidays, timekeeping etc
Qualifications/Skills Required
- A qualification (or working toward) in HR Management, Psychology, or a business-related subject
- Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to IT and social media platforms
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive outlook and approachable disposition with a 'can-do' attitude to challenge
The role paid hourly between £14 to £15phr.
