After hitting exciting achievements my client is looking for a highly organised, energetic and extremely personable Executive Assistant.  In this role, you will be the right hand to the senior leadership team, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage their calendars, anticipate their needs, and provide seamless administrative support.

Responsibilities of Executive Assistant:

  • Manage and prioritise the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas, conduct research, and take detailed notes
  • Manage email communication, prioritising messages and ensuring timely responses
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Maintain expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Welcoming visitors, and establishing rapport and relationship with customers
  • Managing, and improving the office environment, ensuring supplies are maintained

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Pervious experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
