EYFS Teaching Assistant needed

We are working with a fantastic teaching assistant with Reception experience to work within one of our partner primary schools based close to Cambridge. This is a full time position which would suit someone who has experience working in Reception or Key Stage 1 previously.

We have also have full time and potentially permanent roles as well as day to day supply positions in a variety of other schools.

The role of a Teaching Assistant is a varied one and is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking to start their path into an Education Career

Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to find an ongoing role in a suportive school

Experience

  • Previous experience working with Reception aged children
  • Knowledge of Early Childhood Education best practices preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Early Childhood/KS1 Curriculum would be an advantage
  • SEND experience
  • Basic math skills preferred (or willing to learn)
  • Ability to work well with others
