HR AdministratorCambridge£30,000 - £32,000We’re currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a leading pharmaceuticals company based in Cambridge on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.You must drive and have access to a car due to the office locationKey Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the HR system
  • Draft contracts, letters, and internal communications
  • Manage employee records and generate HR metrics
  • Oversee exit processes and final payroll
  • Handle HR queries via inbox and HR systems
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure legal compliance
  • Administer benefits including pensions, BUPA, and gym memberships
  • Act as the first point of contact for UK HR queries
  • Support with performance and grievance matters
  • Assist with visa and immigration administration
  • Contribute to HR policy development and planning
  • Provide admin support across core business functions
