As an SEN TA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they thrive academically and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive learning environments.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and self-confidence.
- Celebrate progress and achievements, no matter how small!
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN (previous TA experience preferred).
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations.
