About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN TA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they thrive academically and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods as needed.
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and self-confidence.
  • Celebrate progress and achievements, no matter how small!

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN (previous TA experience preferred).
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations.
