Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Carnforth
Established in 1975, our client is a leading global specialist in the timber flooring industry. Offering an exquisite range from suppliers across Europe and the Asia Pacific, our client work with a network of architects and interior designers and retail customers.
They are now searching for driven and ambitious graduates to join their leading team as Sales Consultants!
Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £26,000
- £10k uncapped Y1 OTE/Commission

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the business, their offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with new and existing customers
- Provide consultancy advice to customers throughout the sales process to promote the company brand
- Understand clients needs and qualify opportunities to ensure the appropriate product is proposed
- Provide quote, action sample requests and buying material to the client and ensure all the USP's are communicated
- Follow up with clients during the sales process and ensure they receive all information require in regard to the sale
- Raise sales orders and ensure stock is allocated
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Highly organised
- Previous experience working in a team
