 About the Role – What you’ll be doing:My client is seeking an entry level Training and Development Coordinator to lead training initiatives across their projects, ensuring the continuous improvement of their workforce's skills. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining training matrices, designing targeted training programs, coordinating sessions with internal and external providers, and assessing program effectiveness. In this role you will collaborate with site supervisors and department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted plans to address skill gaps. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs covering topics such as tool and equipment usage, soft strip methodologies, and health and safety protocols. Additionally, you will coordinate training sessions and workshops, monitor program effectiveness, provide ongoing support to employees, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. About the Company – Where you’ll be working:I am recruiting for a rapidly expanding demolition and groundworks contractor known for its excellence in providing demolition and enabling works, ground works, RC frames, refurbishment, and basement construction services.
