Scrum Coach at IMT Resourcing Solutions in Cheltenham, England

We are working with global business based in Cheltenham who are seeking a Scrum Coach to join them on a 6 month contract that sits Outside of IR35. We are looking for someone with experience in implementing methodologies from scratch and supporting with building out their Product roadmap. Responsibilities:- Design and implement a tailored Agile transformation strategy.- Coach teams on Scrum principles, fostering a collaborative culture.- Integrate Kanban systems to enhance workflow efficiency.- Employ Lean methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and regular stand-ups.- Support teams in achieving sprint goals through effective backlog management and prioritisation.- Act as a change agent, promoting Agile best practices across the organisation. Skills & Experience Required:- Proven track record as a Scrum Coach with substantial experience in Kanban and Lean methodologies.- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and influence.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Experience in successfully implementing Agile methodologies from inception.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master/Professional Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable. This role will require 1 day per week in Cheltenham.
